The Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of the Elderly (CARIE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable older people.

A leader in the field of aging for more than 30 years, CARIE is a recognized resource for those who care for and about older adults, including family members, caregivers, aging and other social service professionals, long term care providers, policy makers, academicians and community members. Setting CARIE apart from others in the aging field is its sole focus on advocacy in behalf of older adults through a comprehensive array of programs including community education, professional training and consultation, policy initiatives and one-on-one options counseling. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, CARIE’s services are provided throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and beyond.
